Compassion Ministry & CBO

Compassion ministry is one of the four pillars of City Blessing Church aside from CARE Cell, Marketplace and Leadership Development.

Our food distribution program is based on scriptural admonition of Matthew 25: 35-36. Jesus said that He was hungry and you fed Him. He was thirsty and you gave Him drink. He was naked and you clothed Him. In the manner that you did to the least of these, you did it to Him.

We also work together with World Blessing Foundation (WBF) and Indonesian Relief Fund (IRF) to bring relief aids to the needy around the world.

What is City Blessing Outreach (CBO)?

MISSION: Minister to the less fortunate family by providing minimum basic necessities, serve the spiritual needs, and teach the biblical principles. Lead people to receive Jesus Christ as the only Lord and Savior. Assist people to be successful in their life by training them to be skillful. To reach men, women, parents, single parent, senior, and youth from many nations and have their life transformed.

City Blessing Outreach (CBO) is the ministry of compassion that serves needy people in Claremont area. Every Saturday they come to Claremont church to attend service (service in Spanish and English), get prayed for and bring home foods for their family.

Our service and material goods are provided to all who have been determined as in need, at no cost to the receiving individual or family as it is made available to us.

Our Ministry collects and redistributes all household and personal items. This will include but not be limited to:

·    Canned Food and perishable item
·    Furniture
·    Toys
·    Educational supplies
·    Anything that may be considered as necessary for the continuation of everyday
      life in acceptable society.

This ministry is supported through the donations from City Blessing Church’s congregation and other non-profit organization.  Every donation made to this ministry is tax-deductible. We believe in Jesus Christ as the only Lord and Savior and the whole Bible as the only authority. There is no obligation to anyone after receiving assistance, to further a relationship with our ministries unless they have chosen to do so on their own accord.
